Called six different places to get a quote...Superior by far, smoked them all!! Made my appointment online, 8:50am pulled up, was greeted and was told my windshield replacement would only be 45 minutes!! It was exactly that. Went to pick up my truck and the inside of my truck was completely wiped down with cleaner!! This is the place to go to get your glass repairs, what a GREAT FEELING

I've been debating between Safelite and going to my dealer for a windshield replacement. Two Safelite appointments later (unfortunately Subaru dealership in Annapolis and Wilkins Glen Burnie does not do windshield replacements) I found this company. I am impressed with how easy and simple it is to have Ken accept my request! He agreed to purchase the original Subaru windshield for me from the Annapolis dealership, agreed to do the service for me at my house the very next day! With SafeLite, they use "after market" glass and my car has a safety camera for lane assists, etc. and needs to be re-calibrated. Other than SafeLite charging over $200 for my request to use the OEM SUBARU windshield, they also charge more for the re-calibration of the camera! (not to mention there's the MOBILE service fee if they come to you and the Disposal Fee. I have a $500 deductible but after everything has been said and done, it comes out that I will only pay $15 more by going through the OEM (Original Equipment Manufactured glass) versus the SafeLite "after market " .
The only thing my insurance warned me about if I do not go through SafeLite, is that I will have to pay for the whole services up front and then file a claim later which I do not mind. I will see how it goes when Mr. Ken comes tomorrow! I am sure it will be hassle free, judging by the reviews of others above.

I had my rear window repaired by Superior Windshield Repair. Ken Chisholm, the owner, couldn't have been nicer. He connected me with my insurance agent, and we filed the claim. He was very empathetic to my situation. I asked if we could get my car over to him right away due to the fact that I don't have a garage, and he said sure. AAA delivered it for me. He had my window replaced the next day. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I don't know where to start. I called maybe 2 or 3 auto glass places and was so unimpressed with the lack of professionalism or responsiveness. After speaking to the the guys at Superior I was happy that it was a local shop and not a national chain with a revolving door of "technicians" that have maybe 2 minutes of experience....The replacement of my windshield was done quickly, professionally, and with what I would consider great care. I almost look forward to breaking another windshield, crazy!!!
