I was helping my friend get her car fixed because the brake lights wouldnâ€™t come on at all and it was the worst mistake ever. Letâ€™s start off by saying the man rushed us to give him our information while on the phone with someone else so we got no details about when it would be looked at or what to expect. Next, the call is the next day and tell us the want to charge us $600 to fix it and $100 just to pick it up even though no work had been done to it. To top it off when my friend got her car back the turn signals( which worked fine before) now do not work at all either, the inside of her car was also trashed. They took all of her personal items out of her glove box and threw it all over the car and someone even left their hat in the car. To make matters worse we found out another mechanic could fix it for $150 vs. $600, over priced is an understatement.

Out cruising in my Cadillac XLR and stopped to fill the tank, the car never started again. So it took a special team to get my car home, the convertible hardtop was down, windows were down and no power to the car. Thanks to Albert for seeing I got the car home and undercover until I can get the dealer to access the issue....Great job!

Me and my wife were stuck in Greenville on May 16th. My insurance company said 45 minutes. Albert was there less than 20 minutes. He was courteous and respectful. If I ever need assistance again I will ask for Anderson and Sons towing. Thank you Albert!

My battery died may 13 at sheets on Charles Blvd! I asked several people if they had cables , however no one could help me. So I called my roadside service and they found this company. I got a text that you would arrive in forty minutes! So I resigned myself to a long wait! Within 5 minutes you called and was there in 15 min of my initial call to my roadside company! 15 more minutes and I was on my way! Thank for being such professional! I recommend this company!!!!

My daughter, a student at App. State has been considering transferring to ECU. So, on Saturday, a beautiful spring day, we decided to drive down to Greenville, take a look around, look at a few apartments, maybe grab a bite to eat (take out, of course) from Parker's and head home. After stopping for fuel, things started going downhill. Basically, we broke down and were no longer able to continue on our trip. So, at 1:00pm, on a Saturday, we were broke down, 2 hours from home and in a bind. We used our insurance to contact a tow truck, fortunately, Anderson and Sons were the company they sent. My wife and daughter grabbed an uber to the airport to acquire a rental while I waited on the tow truck. Within an hour after this all started, the tow truck showed up, hooked up to the truck, dropped me off at the airport and agreed to repair the truck within the next few days. On Monday, we received a call advising us the truck was ready for pick up. I cannot say enough good things about this company. From the first phone call confirming where we were until we picked the truck up was fantastic. I highly recommend Anderson & Sons Automotive. Thanks for a job well done!!!

I was attempting to visit a friend that suffered a heart attack the day before Thanksgiving and my yukon xl stalled right in front of the hospital with my entire family. A policeman helped my brother and don push my vehicle out of the highway. My cousin that lives there suggested Anderson's and they immediately towed my truck pulled the gas tank down with a full tank of gas and replaced my fuel filter in record time at an affordable price. But what i enjoyed most was the wisdom and comfort from the eldest at the site. He saw the worry in my eyes and when he came in he said these guys are good don't worry they are going to take care of you, give you a guarantee, and they won't break your purse. Thanks Anderson Family.

I took my daughters car in to have the oil changed and tires rotated...as always they were ready to take it...had it fixed quickly...gave me info on how to prioritize the things that may need fixing in the near future ....and were very nice. Took my son's car in a couple of months ago. I have worked with them over the last 7 years and I have NEVER EVER been disappointed.

I went and got my oil changed & tires rotated the guys there are nice and something about a family owned business is comforting. But I do know for a fact some of these bad reviews are being wrote by other local towing companys such as "Clays Towing Service". It's sad when you have to put down such of a good group of guys because you want more service.
