Having been in the residential repair business for most of my adult life I tend to hold repair people to a higher standard and these guys met or exceeded all of my expectations. I called them up and they answered quickly. I didn't write down the gentleman's name that answered but he was polite and professional. He checked to make sure they would be able to do what I needed before making an appointment. The schedule was only a few days out which was great. They called before they came like they said they would, and it was on the earlier side of the arrival window which was greatly appreciated. Brandon was very knowledgeable and professional and did a great job. I really appreciate companies that provide quality service because it is hard to come by these days and these guys came through in every way. Thank you so much!

Brandon was very professional. He was patient, his work was meticulous and very thorough. Everyone that I spoke with at Pro Glass was efficient and pleasant. Customer satisfaction appears to be a priority. Pricing was less than SafeLite which is a big plus. I am highly pleased to recommend Pro Glass to anyone needing glass replacement.

Josh exceeded my expectations with his careful work replacing the windshield on my fairly-new car. I can honestly say "better than new"", and here is why: there was a small gasket pinch and waiver in the glass-roof interface area, when the car was manufactured new! it was visible, and not ideal. When Josh was done, the seals, gaskets and trim were all literally perfect, and yes, better than new. He was also really nice, personable, and fun to talk with even... Pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of Brandon, the guy who replaced my windshield. He did an excellent job. Family business. Said he has been replacing windshields since high school (15 years ago). Hard to tell the windshield had been replaced.... except for the missing crack. He gives me hope for the younger generation.

Hi. Brandon came to my home today to replace the windshield on my truck. Wow! I had almost given up on good customer service until I met him. Let me tell you this guy is friendly, extremely courteous, professional and an expert in his field. I can't speak enough for Brandon and this company. Even when I first called the lady on the phone was awesome at explaining everything including pricing. You can't beat these folks and they will be my go to in the future. Thanks!!

I live in an RV and was preparing for our long trip to the Oregon coast leaving this Sunday. Out of nowhere one of my back frameless windows pop out of its area. Called my trusted RV tech company on what to do, they recommend I call Pro Auto Glass. Gave Pro Glass a call and explained to them what had happened and I was getting ready to leave the state. Talked with Shane he was very understanding of my situation and had a repair person out to my RV within a very short time. The repair person was very professional and courteous and did an excellent job of repairing my window. I met the service tech, Brondon, at the RV storage facility in Wier to replace a windshield on my class C motorhome. He arrived early and was waiting for me. He was prepared and worked efficiently. He patiently answered all my questions. I have another windshield to replace on the car which is towed behind the motorhome and I will definitely ask for him to do the work.

Twi of our camper windows were leaking and the Sherwood Forest Faire move in weekend was pending In two weeks. The RV repair shop told us it could take five or more weeks to get the glass and then it would cost $1500 to install. We called Pro Glass and they were able to install the glass in two hours at 1/5 of the cost. These people are amazing! Thank you Amy and Shane!
