Your technician was fantastic. He encountered a problem with the riser screws and kept at until they could be removed. Someone else would have given up after 20 minutes, but he was undeterred. The window hatch finally was installed. He was professional and courteous. I would recommend On Site Auto glass to all my friends. Oh, and the price was very reasonable.

I was in a jam as I was going camping and had broken my rear door window due to my own stupidity. Dennis answered the phone immediately and contacted me back within 10 mins to say he'd found the replacement (Mercedes had to order the replacement, taking 4 days) and he'd have someone at my home in one hour~. Unbelievably great service and I'd hire them again if I were in a jam or any other time. They were very reasonable and competitive and great workmanship. Let me just say I'd paid in cash...apparently overpaid by $100 as the bills were stuck together, and Dennis called to tell me and his employee returned the money that afternoon. Honest, great service. I wouldn't consider any other company...not even the Mercedes service, before calling Dennis.

My car was broken into on Monday night in the Bed Bath and Beyond parking lot on Steven's Creek in San Jose... seems like if you own a car around here it's only a matter of time. Nothing was visible, and they didn't take anything thankfully, I was one of 3 cars that got hit within 10 minutes. They broke the right rear vent window and unlocked the door from there. Dennis at Onsite was great to work with, happy to correspond with me via text as it's difficult to run and take calls when you're at work. He took my info and let me know right away how much it would cost, had a quote in my email in less than 20 mins. Honestly it seemed expensive at first, but he explained to me that the smaller vent windows are more expensive to replace because they're not uniform and have to be ordered from the dealership (makes sense). After shopping around a bit I was able to confirm as such, and the price Dennis quoted me was very fair. He ordered the window from the dealer on Tuesday (OEM part), and a technician came to my office and replaced it on Wednesday before noon. He was fast! Less than 30 mins for the job... less than 24 hours total from start to finish. Having a broken window is crappy situation to be in. You feel violated, angry, and stressed about having a hole in your car you can't close. These guys made the process easy to get back to normal. Highly recommended.

I called Dennis at Onsite Auto Glass late last night - he was kind enough to pick up and take the time to arrange replacement of my son's passenger window. His car was burglarized while at work and we needed his car fixed ASAP. Dennis was able to get a replacement window glass for a 2014 Elantra and arrange for a tinter to match the remaining windows and an installer all by 10:30 am the next day. Everyone was courteous, clean and very efficient and I was very happy with the pricing. Definitely recommend them. Oh and they can also do mobile replacements too! Call and ask for Dennis. Their shop is conveniently located in Downtown San Jose on San Jose Ave.

Woke up to find out that my rear door window had been broken into... good thing I checked Yelp for the closest auto-glass repair shops in my area. Called Onsite & Dennis answered, booked my appointment, & gave me a quote that was a lot less than what my insurance had offered. Really happy with how fast the replacement was done. I was in & out of the shop within an hour.

I heard from Onsite within an hour of requesting my quote. Before lunch my windshield was repaired and I was good to go! The men who came out were super fast and efficient. They beat the price of the dealer and several of their competitors. The glass is comparable with what the dealership offered. I would fully recommend this company! I hopefully won't need them again, but in the event that I need a windshield replacement, these are the guys I am going with!
