If you want common sense information and recommendations along with the BEST PRICING and customer service in Fort Collins, contract with this company. We had some issues with the configuration of the initial installation in our furnace room (needed better access to a storage area under an adjacent stairway) and expressed our desire for a more streamlined footprint. AirWaves dismantled, and replaced where needed, and reinstalled the various components at what I know had to be a significant loss in both time and materials to the company. We thought we would need a new humidifier but John, the owner, got that working too. They were also able to install ducting to redirect the airflow from a floor vent in our living room (that had been covered by a built-in window seat) to our living space. THE BOTTOM LINE FOR THIS COMPANY IS TO GUARANTEE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. We are extremely satisfied.

I use the services from Air Waves LLC a lot. I own many home properties, and so I use them whenever there's an issue, or if it's to just maintain the air conditioning units at each location. My experience with them has been fantastic. They are professional, and they show up when they are scheduled. They answer any and all questions I may have, and I work with them to set up service appointments ahead of time, so they are flexible with my time and needs. Also, if there's trouble with one of the units, they immediately answer my request to handle the issue. I plan to continue using them.

When Airwaves lets me know they will reach out to a homeowner and arrange any service, I have complete confidence in them. We have given Air Waves 5 stars in every category. We are extremely satisfied. He was the fourth bid we asked for and one of the only ones that didn’t try to upsell us or get us into the most expensive system out there. He was very honest and told us what we needed and what we didn’t need. We have a whole house humidifier we wanted to replace, but he said that he could get the one we had running and save ourselves a few hundred dollars which he did, and it works well. Buying a furnace is a name game. Weread about this and he explained it as well. He wasn’t set on selling us only one brand. He asked what we wanted, we told him, and he made a recommendation. I looked up the details about our furnace and air conditioner and both are highly rated and made in the USA. He installed an excellent quality furnace and air conditioner and walked us through all the details of how to maintain it and keep it running for many years. We appreciated John, his installers and his wife, who is his office manager. We had a great experience with everyone and recommend him to any future customers..
